Return Policy

Faulty Product

In the unlikely event that the product doesn't work or if you consider the product to be defective, you must notify us by email within 3 working days of receipt of the delivery. Simply contact us at mightybabyph@gmail.com to notify us that you would like to return your faulty item. We will arrange for a replacement product to be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of the faulty item. 

Wrong Product

In the unlikely event we have delivered the wrong product, you must notify us by email within 3 working days of receipt of the delivery. Simply contact us at mightybabyph@gmail.com to notify us that you would like to return your incorrect product. We will arrange for the correct product to be dispatched, as originally ordered within 5 working days of receipt of your incorrect item. 

Product Stopped Working

If the item is less than 6 months old and is faulty, you have the right to request a repair, simply contact us at mightybabyph@gmail.com. If the fault happens more than 6 months after purchase and up to 12 months, contact us at mightybabyph@gmail.com and as long as any fault has not arisen through normal wear and tear; we'll offer to the best of our abilities to attempt to repair it for you within reasonable circumstances agreed between the purchaser and Mighty Baby.
